Motherchak Naboday Kishalay Sangha (MNKS), in short, was founded by a young man Mr. Bijay Krishna Raj of Motherchak Village along with his young fellows in the year 1985 to serve the poor and marginalized people of the region. Agile and educated, Mr. Raj devoted himself to enabling people to cherish their dreams of equity and justice.

The tribal communities, who had been deprived for long years, required strong developmental intervention. To bring light to this obscure tribal land, MNKS was born. The organization has worked continuously to enlighten Dalits as human beings who cannot be differentiated from others.
